DRY HIRE
Hire Le Vagabond and stock it up with beverages of your choice to have served at your event.
Inclusions:
Drop off within 50 km of Hobart (fees applied for locations outside this radius), set up and pick up of caravan bar , 2 x RSA trained staff*, 3 Tap kegerator, display fridge + two insulated sinks & glassware.
*additional staff may be required at extra cost depending on size of your event.
HAPPY HOUR(S)!
This is the ideal package if you are after a simple, in style, quick event for a shorter period of time!
Inclusions:
Drop off within 50 km of Hobart (fees applied for locations outside this radius), set up and pick up of bar, 3 tap kegerator, display fridge + two insulated sinks, glassware, ice & 2 x RSA trained staff members*, 2 - 4 hours of service minimum depending on your event location.
*additional staff may be required at extra cost depending on size of your event.
WEDDINGS
Whether you are having a big wedding, an elopement or planning your hens or bucks party, Le Vagabond is the perfect nomad bar that will adapt to your event. Offering you an authentic bar service with plenty of good vibes.
Inclusions:
Drop off within 50km of Hobart (fees applied for locations outside this radius), set up and pick up of bar, 3 tap kegerator, display fridge + two insulated sinks, glassware, ice, lawn games & 2 x RSA trained staff members* for 4, 6 or 8 hours of service.
*additional staff may be required at extra cost depending on size of your event.

We can arrange a generator, and/or cool on your behalf.

STAFF
All of our bookings include two RSA trained staff. If required, additional staff can be organised for $40per hour per staff member

$20 each or all for $100
Giant Jenga, Bocce, Cornhole, Juggling balls, Bowling.
ICE
We include 4 x bags of ice with all of our bookings. Additional bags will be discussed with each booking and can be organised by us, or you, if deemed necessary.
TRAVEL
$1.50 per km outside of a 50 km radius of Hobart CBD.
Travel time charged at $40 per hour of travel required to location.
Please note an accommodation fee may also be charged depending on the timing and location of the event.
breakage deposit
$250 - $500
Deposit is full refundable if no damage to glassware. Glassware will be inventoried prior to your event. Any broken, damaged or unrecovered items at completion of the event will be charged at $5 per item - to be taken from deposit.
