Do you provide alcohol?

Please talk to us about this. We work closely with Tasmanian producers. We would be happy to recommend and help!

Is glassware included?

Yes, an extensive range of glassware is included in all our packages.

Is ice included?

Ice is not included; it is charged at the current price of $5.50 a bag.

Do you need power?

Yes, but don’t worry if there is no power, we offer a generator for hire at a fee of $100

How do we book you?

It’s simple, fill out our form on ‘contact us’ page and we will send you a proposal, or give us a call.

Do you travel?

Yes, we travel Tasmania wide. 

Travel is free within 30km of Hobart CBD. $1,20 per km is charged for travel outside of that zone.

Does the ground need to be level?

Ideally, but we can level it within a reasonable uneven ground.

What are Le Vagabond’s dimensions?

3.1m long + drawbar of 0.8m and 2.1m wide.

How do I cool my drinks?

The most cost and time effective is to hire a cool room. The other option is to cool your drinks with ice in coolers. Once Le Vagabond arrives on site, there is a kegerator to keep your kegs cool or you can also use as the fridge. There is a display fridge as well as 2 insulated sinks that can be filled with ice in Le Vagabond

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, please let us know if you need it, and we will provide you with a copy.

Do you charge a security deposit?

Yes, $250 is to be paid as a breakage deposit. Deposit to be refunded to you in full unless items are missing are broken. $4 will be deducted from the bond per broken glass. An appropriate amount will be deducted on different broken or missing items such as rubber mats, coffee mugs etc. Deposit for dry hire is $500

Do you have a cancellation fee?

50% of total amount is to be paid to secure your date. The remaining 50% needs to be paid If cancelled within 6 weeks of the event, fee is non-refundable.
